【IELTS雅思8分】Speaking技巧全攻略．7分無難度

迅狐認為，IELTS最能短時間提升成績的，是Writing和Speaking部分。即使本身英語水平一般，IELTS Speaking要短時間內提升到7分以上，其實不難。

IELTS Speaking點考法？（已考過的同學仔可以直接skip這part）

一、考生在A場地一次過考Reading, Writing和Listening，在B場地當面面對考官真人考Speaking（不論筆試、電腦試）。

二、Academic和General Training的Speaking部分一樣。

三、考試流程：

入場，Greetings，檢查身份證 → (1) 短問答、 (2) 主題演講、 (3)長問答，完。全長11至14分鐘(官方規定)。

Part 1: 短問答 (4–5 min)

一、考官有3個topics，每個topic問你4條題目。每次回答2–3句就夠，不要太長氣。考官會繼續問嘛。

二、題目主要圍繞日常生活（自己/家人/朋友/事業/興趣/城市/童年/生日/喜歡的音樂/運動/食物/人物/書本 etc）。可以參考一下這個資料庫。

三、最重要是fluency(hesitations會扣分)、vocab(用進階字詞、多元化)、grammar(尤其是tenses)。嘗試用一些較進階的vocab及phrases，如下：

Where is your hometown?

My hometown is in Hong Kong. It’s located in the south of China. It’s renowned around the globe for its hybrid culture and its status as an international financial hub.

Is there much to do in your hometown?

Yes, there’s certainly a lot to do there as it’s a metropolitan area. If you like hanging out in the evening, there are a variety of top-notch restaurants and pubs. If you want to enjoy the nature, you shall definitely visit the breathtakingbeaches on the outlying islands.

四、如果本身英文水準一般，即場發揮容易失準。時間充足的話，最好多個topic都寫好答案，迅狐應考時就準備了30+個topics，最後總算用得著。不用逐字背，考試時記得6–7成就可以。寫過一次，到時已知大約要答什麼，用什麼vocab，自然流暢得多。時間有限，就寫一些百搭的「罐頭答案」吧

Part 2：主題演講 (3min) (1分鐘準備+2分鐘演講)

一、考官會給你一張Task Card（如下）、紙、筆。

二、你有一分鐘時間準備。其實，一分鐘最多夠你寫低幾個points，不會有時間去想內容。這時，「罐頭答案」又發揮作用。

三、一分鐘後，考官會指示你開始演講。你就開始自己講大約兩分鐘，盡量講，計時器響起前都不要停。

四、如果沒有足夠內容去講兩分鐘，可以嘗試結合adjectives、relative clauses去答：

．I’m going to tell you about an (inspiring) (adj) book (which I read not so long ago) (relative clause).

五、考IELTS Speaking唔好「Er…Er…」Sir上身，fluency好重要，記住用native speakers常用的百搭Linking words來buy time/kill time。

六、要小心Grammar，尤其是tenses。如果問過去的事(e.g. a memorable birthday/ your childhood/ old friends in the past)，記住要用past tense去答。

Part 3: 長問答 (based on Part 2 topic) (5 min)

考官會就Part 2 topic問幾題小問題，答法類似Part 1，都是每題答2–3句就夠。但由於Part 2已講了不少論點，如果想不到新內容的話，兩個E－Elaboration（進一步解釋，提供一些背景資料）及Examples（事例、語例、史例、設例）－可以幫到你。

Q: Do you have to work with people?

5分的答案: Yes, I always have to work with a lot of people from different departments in my company. I like working with people.

7分的答案: Oh yes, all the time. My office is a big one and we all have to work as a team if we want to achieve results. (提供背景資料: 辦公室情況) I have lots of colleagues I need to liaise with, such as the frontline relationship managers as well as IT programmers. (舉例) And of course, (linking words) I have to deal with our clients sometimes.

有準備的你，未必會輸給一口流利英語的ABC。只要準備好「罐頭答案」、native speakers常用的百搭linking words、上述的兩個E，用多元化vocab，小心grammar，要取7分以上其實唔難。
